Features

• Roller barrel with helical torsion counterbalance spring; sealed against the building; no coil cover required.

Materials

• Galvanised steel press-formed panels 915mm high, lock-seamed to form a continuous security door curtain with a rubber weather seal at the bottom.
• Galvanised steel side guides; special wind lock guides available for windy locations. A Nylofelt bearing strip running within the guides gives quiet operation, requiring no lubrication.
• Optional external finish of Colorcoat Plastisol or powder coating in any RAL colour.
• Optional Lexan vision panels with gasket seal, 550mm wide x 190mm high with a maximum of 1 per metre width of door.

PCS insuroll only

• As for the PCS roller door with continuous 25mm thick polyurethane foam on the internal face.
• U-value 0,59W/m2K with no cold bridging.
